Being the health anchor for a family isn’t just a role - it’s a full-time job without any proper tools.
Like so many women around me, I was juggling parenting, work deadlines, elder care, and my own health - which often came last. Yet, for managing our family’s health, we relied on memory, scattered notes, and endless searches through files.
We use calendars for meetings and apps for clients. But not for the people we love the most.
I wanted to change that.
